About me

I grew up in Kansas City and now call New York home. I've spent nearly a decade at FareHarbor — a B2B SaaS platform for tours and activities — working my way from Technical Product Specialist to managing a team of 9 Enterprise Account Managers. Along the way I've owned $5M+ in ARR, achieved 100% retention, and done some of the most satisfying work of my career convincing clients to take bets on themselves.

What I love about Customer Success and Account Management is that the job is really just problem-solving with stakes. Sometimes that means pulling together Product, Engineering, and your CEO to commit to a feature that unlocks $800K in ARR. Sometimes it's six months of patient conversations to convince a premium tour operator to bring their high-end seats online — and watching their revenue double as a result.

I'm now looking for an individual contributor role in CS or Account Management at a B2B SaaS company where I can go deep on a book of business again.
